The sessions follow hard on the heels of recent online outreach to Eastern European countries, where we have found excellent vet schools and universities, students and graduates.

The first was a revealing online session hosted by Radu Sirbu, in conjunction with Timisoara University, 8th October, explaining the many career opportunities for overseas veterinarians and undergraduates. Wrapping with an enthusiastic Q&A, you can see it here.

In addition, we arranged for Dr Claire White, of a prestigious long-term partner, University of Bristol vet school, to make an informative keynote speech at the Junior vet Congress, 17th October, which we also sponsored. Outlining the UK’s regulatory framework for vets in public health, watch Claire’s presentation here.

Brexit has meant many more vets are needed now to cope with the huge uptick in documentation required for EU meat exports from 1st January 2021 (see The complete Export Health Certification (EHC) service).
