Jason Aldiss

A veterinarian who has specialised in the delivery of Official Controls for nearly 20 years. Jason has worked on various consultancy projects and delivered numerous services across Europe in the veterinary public health field for many years and is well recognised for his work in this broad specialist field.

He is the recent past President of the Veterinary Public Health Association, is on the Board of the British Veterinary Association, is a Council Member of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, is Secretary General of the Union of European Veterinary Hygienists and Managing Director of Eville & Jones Ltd.


Jon Stanford

A qualified Environmental Health Officer with over 20-years experience in food hygiene and legislative compliance, both within the public and private sector.

With previous experience in risk management, he has successfully undertaken a wide range of audit, enforcement and training roles. Areas of expertise include the implementation of HACCP and quality management systems in food processing environments, and the delivery of ISO17020 within an Inspection Body.



Juan Avila

Graduated from Cordoba University in the specialisation of Veterinary Public Health, Juan studied for an MSc in Food Technology at Reading University.

He became an Official Veterinarian in 1993 and since then has been working in the veterinary meat inspection sector, delivering numerous courses and conferences in this field all over Spain and South America. His main role in the company is associated with recruiting and training new veterinarians, as well as their deployment and development. He also supervises and organises all the day-to-day delivery of veterinary functions in the company as a Managing Director of Eville & Jones.
