E&J believe that Corporate Social Responsibility is about the ongoing and regular activities of organisations and about the impact of these activities on the social and ecological environment.

Communication is at the core of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); this is recognised and met through an openness and willingness to engage with stakeholders, encouraging two-way frank and honest information transfer.

All policies and procedures are developed with the need for CSR to be at the very core of operational philosophy; both for external and internal customers. Thus, operational drive is focussed on ensuring that the CSR needs are met, including all areas relating to human rights, labour standards, environmental impact duties, impact on local society, consumer rights, communication, transparency and accountability.
